We use New Zealand Post for our Online Orders

Shipping is $5 for orders under $50

Delivery is FREE for all orders $50 or more within New Zealand

We offer tracking on all of our orders.

 

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

We will endeavour to send all orders out within 24hours.

Orders can take up to three days to be dispatched depending on the time ordered. 
If the order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, or on the weekend, the order will be dispatched on Monday.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we sure do! Please email us direct if you would like further information on delivery timeframes.

Delivery to Australia is $15.00

Delivery to the Rest of the World is $20.00

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the letterbox, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

Ways to ensure you don't miss your delivery:

It's always best to have a parcel be delivered where someone will be available to sign for the parcel - this is the safest option for delivery. If you are unable to do this, you can leave delivery instructions during checkout, such as "Leave Parcel at Front Door". 

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception"). 

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

We are constantly refilling our warehouse with our favourite products so it won't be long until we receive your selected product.
