Bay of Islands Tans started when Lisa, the Chief Tanning Officer moved to the beautiful Bay of Islands in the Far North of New Zealand and noticed the need for a professional mobile spray tanning service.

The Bay of Islands covers such a large area from the coast to the country and Lisa wanted to make sure everyone was able to have the opportunity to be sun-kissed for any occasion or just everyday.

This idea then evolved from offering spray tans to locals to an online destination where everyone within New Zealand and Worldwide can find their natural and organic tanning, body and beach essentials all in the one place. 

Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Tanning and Cosmetic industry. Whilst living in Australia, she was the National Training Manager for a Tanning Manufacturer and would travel Australia Wide to teach and train new clients tanning techniques and train clients on how your skin works & develops with tanning solutions. Lisa also worked at the Head Office of global cosmetic companies and assisted with speaking and presenting at Beauty Expo's in Sydney.
